The Dead are not playing their usual instruments, all the instruments seemed to be borrowed ones.
During Alabama Getaway, you can see people sitting on ... the stage off to Brents side as Mysty stated.
Jerry seems to be playing a Yamamha Strat style guitar, Weir a Telecaster. Brent has a one small Keyboard and the Drums are a stripped down version.
From the audience noise level, there seems to be about 100 people at the show.
This is a nice "raw" version of The Grateful Dead. It must've been GREAT to actually witness this type of show.

The Melkweg shows were the highlight of my GD concert going experiences.

Just wanna say I came across a mention of the "secret show" and spent a good 15 minutes combing the internet for this one (for someone who's used to finding
...
what he wants immediately here and on etree, that's a long time!). I'm SO GLAD it didn't get pulled!! I was so excited I had to write this - when I get the show, I'll edit this review and actually talk about the playing/sound quality.
Peace.
Peace.

This Concert was so cool!!! It wasn't advertised and very few people knew about it; we kept going to amsterdam in between all of the Europe Shows; those
...
Urail Passes come in handy for that. Well we found out they were doing a secret show and we went; it was the coolest; there were about 15 of us on tour from the US that were at this show and we all sat on the stage partying with the Dead while they played; it was a small bar; so it made it pretty special. I had a Poster that was just a simple Printout that they put on telephone polls in Amsterdam announcing the show that day. I finally got one off a pole in perfect shape; when I got home and framed it I hung it up; well sure enough someone stole it right off the wall in my house. Bums me out to this day. But this Concert was one of my best memories. I still have all the Stubs from that tour as well as a Milkweg ID Card you had to get to to in. It was the COOLEST!!!!!!! If anyone has Pics of this Show would appreciate it; I have wanted a Pic for so long!!

Very good, consistent show with Jerry on throughout both sets. Really hot Other One and Wharf Rat, among others. Good audience recording.
